CONSTRUCTION UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2020
Our first 14 homes are about to start construction, with settlements due in September 2020.
Our development plan has been deposited, and titles for each allotment have now been issued.
A brand new exposed aggregate footpath has been constructed, including the crossovers on the curbs for each home.

Naval Group’s new $25 million HQ near the Hart’s Mill building in the historic precinct will eventually be home to about 350 employees.
It’s tipped to be a shot in the arm for the port’s rejuvenation, as the company ramps up its SA operations ahead of the Attack Class submarine build.
The new office will be a complete internal refit of part of the old TAFE SA building on the wharf.
It comes as the defence giant hires its 250th employee in Australia, with the total workforce expected to scale up to 1700 by 2028 during the submarine build.

We are excited to announce that Stage 1 civil construction is now underway
In May 2020, Richmond Civil Works were appointed to undertake the construction of the roads & services for Stage 1 at Atelier in Port Adelaide. The site earthworks have now been completed and work has commenced on the services. Richmond’s are on track to complete Stage 1 works by late August.
The development team will be aiming to create individual titles in September 2020 to allow settlements to occur and construction of new homes to commence shortly thereafter.
Montpelier Reserve is receiving a significant upgrade in FY20, located immediately adjacent to Atelier, Pt Adelaide
Some exciting features of the proposed reserve upgrade, undergoing planning and design so far includes formal tree planting along College Street and Liddon Place edge the reserve. An east west tree avenue runs through the middle of the site for visual interest and to provide shade for users. Centrally located is the shelter area, including picnic setting, BBQ and bin.
The area is set within a formal garden, where hedging and architectural planting will be used. The playground will be located to the north of the site. This will include but not limited to trampolines, swings, seating, nature play and all access equipment.
